Proud of my son who rang Pizza Express and ordered 12 pizzas. Just before he needed to pay he asked if the meat was Halal. The person went to ask the chef, came back and said yes, it was Halal. My son then cancelled the order and told her why. He did this all on purpose.

I know people whoโve worked tirelessly to get Halal banned but the government doesnโt want to know. Probably afraid of being called racist.Ive written to numerous restaurants/eateries about Halal. Itโs barbaric and has no place in our country. Totally unnecessary.

If thinking of buying a pet (cat/dog/rabbit etc) PLEASE go to a rehoming centre. Rescue centres are all full and canโt take more animals til ones they have are rehomed. Also support the PDSA. If people can get free/subsidised vet care they may be able to keep their beloved pet.
