There’s only so much heat and flooding land can take. If this keeps up, which it will, we’ll all be paying a lot more for food, until theres no more left to buy, large scale at least. And no, the breadbasket growing areas won’t be moving to higher latitudes. 🌍

Even as a non scientist I’m pretty sure the Jet Stream will never return to it’s more defined state. Just within the last few years it’s deteriorated into a tattered ribbon. The Southern Jet Stream looks like it’ll follow suit.

Realizing that we were always going to go extinct does help see the futility in blame. It’s staring us in the face, everything is off the charts yet I’d hazard a guess less than 1% have reached collapse acceptance. 🌏

Please just unfollow me if you are stuck blaming the 1% or blaming oil companies or politicians. Such comments in my threads just feel out-of-touch with where we are. "Blame" is an expression of anger, a facet of grief. I want to focus on kindness. What I can still do to help.

I’ll say that again for anyone who didn’t get it the first time. $14,000,000,000 to fund a massacre in Gaza, but we don’t have money to feed Americans. So our tax dollars go for Israel’s military but not for food stamps. Criminals in power

Breaking News! Well humanity, we did it, even if just for one day. Yesterday, Nov. 18, was the first time in recorded history that the global 2m surface temperature breached 2.0°C above the 1850-1900 IPCC baseline. The long-term average remains below 1.5°C. But not for long.

Reading Nomad Century is a waste of time. Seeing as I bought the book I’ll keep reading and make notes as I go. It’s disappointing that the author still thinks there are or will be safer zones. The words Extinction & Overshoot are not in the index, which says it all really.

It’s why all gov leaders are saying one thing & doing another. i.e. continuing oil subsidies & backing new oil projects. The powers that be reached collapse acceptance along time ago & decided to bury the truth so they could hold onto their lifestyles for as long as possible.

We’re in OVERSHOOT - Collapse Acceptance is very, very hard. Accepting a Genocide that I can’t accept, that’s much harder. So, being “the chosen one” is being infallible and this somehow helps with the Christian airlift to heaven on the last day. Is that what this is about?
