@ProjectConstitu @MattWallace888 He was pardoned for the years 2014-2024. The fifth amendment no longer applies. He cannot implicate himself but if Joe is investigated and goes to trial Hunter can be subpoenaed to testify against him which is legal. Of course his lawyers will fight it vigorously.
