I went cold turkey from plastics and had the rep come back a couple of times for teething problems. Use edging tape and/or 1mm for rough edges. Considering sandpaper 🤔

Swim ☑️ now back to business. I’ve just been awarded a place on HEE-NIHR CLAC-East bridging programme to develop a research proposal for mindfulness in orthopaedics (for patients 😁). Anyone out there already doing research in this area?

Swapping the swimsuit 🩱 for an apron 👩‍🍳 tonight to bake for Dementia Action Week. Lots of lovely friends and colleagues are busy baking cakes to raise money for dementia care and research. @alzheimerssoc Grand finale swim 8th July 🏊‍♀️!

Mindfulness improves sleep😴 and wellbeing🌱 and reduces pain and fatigue. The next 8-Week Studio Mindfulness Courses start 26th Sept in Norwich and the next online course starts 16th Jan 2023.
