Post your work. Be proud of your work. Always. You have no idea who or what doors will open for you or just relationships in general. Do not for one second count on a website or a reel and expect that to do the same.
Excited to announce I’ve accepted the Senior Producer role with the
@Suns
thank you for all your continued support. Excited to get back to doing what I love ☀️🎥

I’ve been very fortunate to work in the NBA and NFL for years now. Working with some of the most prominent players/people in the league. Here is my best advice if you’re looking to do something similar. A THREAD🚀
Started this new job 2 weeks ago. Moved into my dream apartment today. Back to creating and doing what I love. Sunny and 75 everyday. Im. So. Damn. Happy.
It’s with a sad but excited heart to announce that yesterday was my last day with the
@Cavs
organization. I had a beautiful two years building out and helping grow the brand. Making it a hub for empowering creatives was always the goal. I feel that we did that. 🤝
Cheat sheet for how I shoot:
1. iso below 1000. Rarely above that.
2. I shoot wide unless trying to get a different look. Example 2.8.
3. Shutter 1/400 is safe for sports. You will get a bit of motion blur on the ball at times.
I want to bring attention to this. Taking an image off Getty and just tagging “Getty” is not enough. Altering someone’s photo is bad enough and if he’s selling these it crosses into legality. Stuff like this has got to go.
Regardless of how ya feel about the initial incident. Doubling down and creating a viral video describing how ya got fired won’t do ya any favors either.
I’ll say this: If you get the privilege to be on the sidelines/court side to work, it comes with certain responsibilities to uphold. Impacting the game in any way is a no go. We’re professionals, and when it crosses a line we lose that respect and that right to be there.
Welcome to the kickoff of
#CavsCreatorWeek
where we will give you a behind the scenes look of how a lot of our content is created. Up first this week, David Sosna!
Our squad
@cavs
gained over a million followers this season alone. On our way to 10 mill. This is what happens when you empower and encourage creatives 🗣🗣🗣 shoutout the team.
If you’re sad about not being at all star as a creative, don’t be. Half of it is a wildly gross clout battle. The other is there for the right reasons.
1.Clout does not equal talent. (Could write a book on this alone, but overall just keep creating work you love the right people will see it at the right time)
IG is dead yall. Use it to connect with your audience via stories and as a portfolio to post your best work. If your goal is to grow an audience head to tik tok
People think that creators are replaceable. But they don’t realize that the best of the best completely alter a brand, identity, style, culture, systems, everything.
I see A lot of time spent on here bashing other sports creatives. It’s unfortunate genuinely. My route was very different in getting to where I am. I skipped out on some of the things people are encountering. I just know that helping and encouraging will always go the furthest.
