- Just accepted a NR job in Manchester so move back to Lancaster is confirmed

- Signed off work as of Tuesday and started on Sertraline Wednesday
- Had my first counselling session today
All positive steps.
I did stand at Croy train station last Thursday and as a fast train went through I wanted to be under it but I’m still here ✌🏻

Seen a little old man sitting alone in Wetherspoons, he couldn't use the Wetherspoons app and staff ignored him over 15mins, poor fella got dressed up too.

So Maggie told me this year I had to grow my beard out and spray it white for Christmas. Day before Maggie and Sophie were due to travel down, Maggie got ill and couldn’t travel. I’ve done it anyway for the Christmas Facetime.
