@charliewhelan @ScotRail Of course it was. Customer facing organisations are meant to put the customer first. I'd have asked anyone from @Scotrail on the Dalmeny train to ask for the connection to be delayed but no sign of train staff on a hugely overcrowded train

@ScotRail This would have needed a one minute delay with plenty of time on the run to Perth to catch that up. Presumably I can now reclaim the whole of my ticket price as I will now arrive at Aviemore at 17.49 instead of 16.26?
