@justthink1 @DFA_Analyst I work in highrise construction. Tier 1 jobs. Have done for 30 years. What I see happening on tier one is appalling. I have no confidence in these apartments that will go up by any developer. The same issues are always repeated and get swept under carpet. It’s complex.

@bowtiedstocks Regardless people should have known that rates would normalise and work out what their manageable debt would be at those future rates approximately. What happened during Covid? Was a complete fuck up on all sides.

@matt_barrie Scenario-It will leak. And then shut down to be remembraned because to cut costs they stupidly went for the cheapest quote in the most important part of the project. Welcome to Australian construction.

@matt_barrie Matt the whole Work Cover licence system on building sites where you need ticket for scissor/boom lifts, forklifts etc. is a total joke. Employer organises with a company that does the tests and no one fails. You just pay the money. Wait till someone drives one off a highrise.

I was never fearful with him at the helm. If I got on a boat and saw Albo at the helm I would run fast
