It's weird how they highlight the Israeli wafer fabs. I'm in the industry, Intel wafer fabs are still predominantly in the US and even Ireland has two. It has more to do with corp tax and government incentives than skills.
It's not particularly labour intensive anyway.

No public prayer displays

1. CO2 doesn't control the climate.
2. Canada's emissions are less than 2% of the world's
3. China emits more CO2 a year than the UK has since the the start of the industrial revolution.
