@HarrogateSpring @spycygrl Almost a year on from this, I still hurt my wrists failing to open these ridiculous bottles. Shouldn't have to saw the caps open just to drink the stuff.

@HarrogateSpring @JahadSaleer Jahad is not alone. It's ridiculous to have to carry a penknife when I travel, just in case I get given a bottle of Harrogate Spring Water. Are the team actually doing anything about it? Did no one test the caps before launching them?
