People ask me why council tax is going up and services are going down…. I tell them quite simply they should blame 13 years of austerity, leading to chronic underfunding of local services around the country every council could do with levelling up.

I couldn’t agree more with you Nick, I’m still so angry about the whole situation. We forced the police to refer themselves to the IPCC. We were told not to contact Jack’s family and we had to fight very hard to have the coroners inquest at Barking Town Hall.
