Sadly, its the same story across town in Redbridge. One young lad got 3 A* in his mocks, was predicted 3 A* but was downgraded by the "system" to 3 As and Oxford withdrew the offer. Heartbreaking, what did he do wrong? He lived in a poor area, this makes me so angry.
We’ve called all Merton Secondary schools and have had some terrible cases call to the office. One young woman got 3 A’s in her mocks & CCD in results. Wants to do law @UniofExeter but they won’t accept mocks & offers will be withdrawn on 31/8 before appeals heard!.
