@mboyle1959 They have a little more money and about 10,000+ more engineers to build and iterate. A long with the fact that Billions of people buy apple and about 1000 (I think I am being generous here 😉, buy Force plates and VBT tools.

@ground_guru Just read the article. Context is king. He said he is doing Yoga also a form of strength training (iso holds), similar to Pilates, using body weight. Everyone has their own starting point. You just can’t show up and run only and expect to survive.

Why you can’t trust @SpotHero. They do not take responsibility for their parking options. Our car got towed from a location of which they approved. We have photos to prove it. We had to pay to get it out, submitted their paperwork and no one will call us back to resolve.
