Cloud and Tifa’s relationship is complicated but that’s what makes it so realistic. It’s not perfect. Cloud has trauma, guilt, and insecurities. It would be unrealistic imo for everything to have just been perfect after what they went through. But Cloud does eventually accept that Aerith is gone. Tifa also appreciates Aerith later and realizes she was there for them, something Cloud seems to realize in the OG. In fact, Rebirth’s ending makes alot of sense when you listen to what Cloud says later in the OG.

@_Mistyzinha_ Tifa ends the game in search of where Cloud went. Hopefully to be continued in KH4, since KH 3 dropped the ball on Final Fantasy until the DLC.

@Seibanori Cloud is searching for Sephiroth. Cloud cares about Aerith, but Tifa is his light and who he builds a life with after Aerith dies.
