Think about what you’re saying. Did Congress approve every single payment line by line that USAID spent? Do they do the same for every agency? If the FBI needs more pens and paper, do they ask congress first? Of course not. They approve a budget. The president is welcome to hire whomever he wants who can direct discretionary spending where they see fit. Incompetence in those roles is exactly why it’s gotten so out of hand.

@affordableweb @EKrietlow @ksorbs The president has priorities that don’t align with a large portion of the spending. It’s not “bias”. If a new CEO is hired at a company, he or she is welcome to hire or fire who they want and redirect expenses to area they feel move the company in a positive direction.
