@MyLordBebo Yeah but he's a dummy if he stops paying it off and files taxes in Mexico. He would likely get locked up right away. He signed a binding contract. It was fraud in the first place im sure. Lets put it this way. You take out a 40k loan from the bank and just stop paying and move.
