@NevadaAG @NevadaDMV @bbb_us @Yelp @Reddit The more I research the more I’m finding I’m not the only one who claims @CarMax does not do a 125-Multi Point inspection they claim I’ve tried having #CarMax correct the issue of me having to pay over $1200.00 out of pocket expenses from what should’ve been discovered and corrected if they did their 125-Multi Point inspection they claim they perform however after taking my Toyota to a local Toyota dealer for their multi point inspection several issues were found including Dirty Clogged Air-InCabin and Engine Filters so dirty and clogged needed a professional Air-Intake cleaning as well as several other issues that would’ve been found if @CarMax did their Multi point inspection Jessica from Carmax asked for my invoices which I submitted only for her to say we won’t reimburse you even though I’m still under their 90days 4000 miles warranty I call that Dealer fraud and misrepresentations been filing multiple complaints for their lack of concern in fixing legitimate customer issues and complaints now I discover they have a history of not performing their 125-Multi point inspection with a class action lawsuit that was filed several years ago and several years later here we are with the same complaint not good @CarMax word of mouth is very powerful and so is justice .
