@BobScheurle Oh, it's the bane of all of us in NJ.

The settlement talks have already blown past a bunch of deadlines (they were supposed to be over last year), and if I were a cynical man I'd suggest that any settlement (mediated or otherwise) would come some time after the gubernatorial election, 'cause no one wants to touch it.

The underlying issue is that New Jersey is among the most racially segregated states in the US (number 7 in the most recent figures), and we have years of data showing that people here... just don't think that's true?
