Before that episode I had no idea who The Doctor was, now I now that they’re some huge eternal figure who’s responsible for Gallifrey existing in the first place.
More like “Doctor Oh, okay then.”
The thing I like about the Timeless Child is that it really puts the “who” back in “Doctor Who”.
The Doctor being a mystery is the character at their best, for me personally. So, the Doctor being a mystery (even to themselves) is something I greatly enjoy.

I'll always find it really poignant that the one time James Bond gets down on one knee during the gunbarrel sequence is the one film where he proposes to someone.
Something so obvious when you think about it but lost on me for a very long time.
George Lazenby as 007 has a unique "gun barrel intro" among his peers.
He's the only one to take a knee before firing, shown in the opening to On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969). He wanted something memorably different, and here we are talking about it!
