I had a Breast MRI come back with a spot this week. Biopsy next week, BUT when I got home I watched an old Johnny Carson video with Rodney Dangerfield. Laughed my tail off. It was so great and it really helped me.

In life there are ups and downs. I never expected my mother and best friend to die from cancer at 35, my father not long after. my best childhood friend Martin, and 7 years ago, my husband. So many losses. I am not sure how I got through it. But I did.

For those of us that lost our spouses, it is a long difficult journey. It does get a bit better with attending grief support, exercising daily, and self care. It takes at least a couple of years to not feel the intensity of the pain with hard work and determination.

Clay, this has been a huge concern for our family. Dallas was opened too quickly and so many people are running around town without masks. We had dinner at a local restaurant. We wore our masks. The wait staff all wore PPE but all of the customers coming in were without masks.
