Any outside auditing company would have access to all the same records as DOGE. Outside audits are normal and necessary and objecting to audits is deeply suspicious. DODGE is looking at aggregates of information to verify the legitimacy of the spending involved. Example: an algorithm that compare SS payments against death records.
