@deusrex @jharnafrmjam @Rothmus As I have said many times before, I believe that Trump has authority over the administration and certain bodies of the executive branch and in these cases, the judges are wrong. That is not the point.

@jharnafrmjam @Rothmus Those judges are often the only thing that’s providing any sort of check on presidential power - Congress sure isn’t. I’m willing to bet you loved seeing Biden’s insane plans get blocked in the courts, why the sudden change of heart?

@MrKodiakAttack @Rothmus Yes, but members of his administration have called into question the ability of the court to overturn decisions by the president. I think that’s bad, but I’m glad he’s begrudgingly following the rules - for now.

@pilot00777 @Rothmus Not from him specifically, from members of his administration. Vance, for example. He’s not going to come right out and say he’s defying a court order - that would be ridiculous.

@Rothmus Those are the main ones that fall into the really bad category. Also not a fan of the recent sentiment towards ignoring court decisions - bad news for checks & balances, although part of me wonders if it’s better if the POTUS is out in the open about being in defiance of courts.
