I was moved to be on Mt Herzl this morning to participate in a memorial ceremony for the 223 passengers of the ship Salvador who drowned at sea in Dec 1940. The Salvador was carrying many Jewish emigrants from Bulgaria, including dozens of children. May their memory be a blessing
