@courtneyknill The struggle is real but I've always told myself that nothing tastes as good as feeling fit and healthy feels. At 65, I just ran a 1:58 half marathon and was 3rd in my age group. I would always encourage fitness.

@DawnsMission I think it has trended that way, yes. Because money talks. The NFL has become a just a figment of what it used to be. The players are still athletic but they game has changed to be almost scripted.
