When you sell an album or comp on Bandcamp and I can only buy the full album and not individual tracks, guess who's not buying any music...

My toxic trait is that I pay someone who is trained to do a job the agreed upon amount to do that agreed upon job and then I expect them to actually do the job.

My new thing is when I have to do something on my own that I’d rather do with a more experienced friend, I hype myself up that I’m smart and I’ll figure it out and it will be great and then I calm down and feel empowered.
