Social security is one of the original primary keys dude
I bet that social security existed before primary keys. Since all the SSNs got stolen anyway, maybe a new ID could be generated that has a suffix value, as well as a cvv2 value and expiry date. By forcing the use of new keys, fraudulent recipients could be flushed out and dealt with in an appropriate manner.

1/ The 2nd San Francisco gold rush has finally come to an end. Gone is era of walking into a $200K job at 22 and saving a million by 30. For decades, a 70th percentile engineer was guaranteed multiple offers as soon as they interviewed in SF. That era is over.

I think they call him nihilist to subvert him. Ask any liberal about Nietzsche and all they can tell you is "God is dead" because that's what their college professors spoon fed them.
