don’t bother buying any appliances @HowdensJoinery if they get faulty @group_pacifica don’t help just send you round and round chasing up hanging on phone lines for ages at a time each advisor tells you different no one wants to help

@virginmedia No she was told someone may get here by 7pm tonight which no body has turnt up if not tonight then tomorrow then if not tomorrow it will be Saturday. It’s not on my dad has a terminal brain tumour and my mum is recovering from a stroke she really don’t need the extra stress

@BensonsForBeds FUMING!! we paid in full upfront £1874 for a bed in Nov were told delivery would be 29th Jan I have now received a text not even a courtesy call telling us about delay. told by an employee yesterday they cant confirm delivery until the bed is coming up your path

@BootsHelp Hi I was told I had to wait a week after my expected delivery date so why are you still advertising that peoples orders will arrive on or before the expected delivery date. I’m still waiting for my parcel which was expected on the 25th November

@BootsHelp Hi Kiera maybe you should state this clearly under where it says it will be delivered by a certain date not just in the terms and conditions I shop often at boots but this was very crafty they don’t state clearly when purchasing it can take 7 days

@BootsHelp so disappointed ordered a gift last week for my mums 70th birthday said it would arrive by 25th. It is still not here now out of pocket and have to wait according to Leah c/s. If I knew this I wouldn’t have ordered from boots my mum has no present on her birthday.

@AskKlarna I have submitted an enquiry asked for a supervisor to contact me I use @Klarna often but the lack of support is rubbish. @PayPal are great there customer care if there is an issue they are straight on it, it’s really putting me off using Klarna for future purchases
