I see a lot of people questioning Truths build, but what people have got to realise, is Truth wants to No Item every event, so that's why he goes dodge, it's kind of his thing.
He isn't interested in fast runs or big numbers.
That being said, when I get Goku, I'll be going crit
Build for Dokkanfest LR TEQ Ultra Instinct Goku.
There isn't much value in the potential system for this guy besides probably raw attack boosting equips.
