Really disagree with this mindset - kids having fun & being ready to play are not mutually exclusive! My best HS memories were with my AAU teammates on these trips… not to mention, for MANY - these are their family vacations!
To EVERY PLAYERS traveling across the 🇺🇸 to play in these AAU tournaments PLEASE understand that these are BUSINESS TRIPS, NOT VACATIONS. No we are not going to the mall. No we are not going swimming. Nobody cares about you having fun. You are there to get SCHOLARSHIPS.
