Absolutely. This scenario doesn’t even meet that base. And certainly not 150 to 200 hours at $50 per hour. Then you look at the possible adjustments that could be made. 7k per year transferred to the taxpayer’s tax return, let’s say 30% additional tax rate, so about 2k per year per child, 6k total per year. 18k total for three open years. Could double if penalties can’t be negotiated. Not to mention interest. Also potential excise tax on over-funded Roth. Anything I missed?

@governorgordon nails it. I have been working on the Wyoming digital assets ecosystem for nearly 8 years now and the @wyostable will be the culmination. The process has been consistent, fair and transparent. And I love that I have been able to be part of it.

@EconWithNick I agree. The problem is that e-filing/e-payment is required in many cases by the Federal Government. As e-payment also becomes more prevalent within commercial services, a business can’t run without a bank account. Your thoughts on a solution for legal businesses?
