@CharismaKings @longevityrpt I love the idea of full on fasting, and I've done a few full days, of water, and dry. But I gotta be in the right state of mind, or I'll fail. The way I devised my 500 days, is a way I can actually do it, and I've felt the benefits so far, still got 15 lbs to go.

@CharismaKings @longevityrpt Modified usually means it's actually a Very Low Calorie Diet on "fasting" days. The amount is usually less than 800 calories, and I usually do 500 calories. But technically how one modifies it, is open to various methods, like mono fasts, where one just eats one food.

I hope I don't have gluten sensitivity because I like bread, and just got some more, and some big sourdough pretzels. But something is making my foot feel like it's swollen within, it's driving me mad. I'm giving my powdered coffee creamer a break, but I'm wanting some now.

@CharismaKings @longevityrpt Is it 72x3? I've done many true one day fasts, 36hr, but I've never done more than that. I find it easier to do a modified fast for me. I'm planning on doing one tomorrow.

@vi_is_fasting I hit my lowest today with 165 lbs, I'm 58, and I must have been in middle school the last time I weighed that. For me, the big thing is not to let your non fasting time to be an allowance to binge and eat junk. My gains came and stayed when I started eating well always.

I love Frosted Mini Wheats cereal, and I was reading the label and it has gelatin in the ingredients. What the heck? And I haven't even opened it yet.

I've had neuropathy in my feet for a while. Especially my left foot feels like there is a swelling inside, on the bottom. It's weird. I'm trying to figure out how to heal this. I'm going to quit my powdered coffee creamer for a week, and see, if not, I might quit gluten to try.
