@Barclaycard it's now been two days since you said DMing you would mean someone was in touch? Your app is broken. Your phone lines are cutting out. How is a customer actually supposed to get support??

@dhlexpressuk I've had 1 parcel delivered and it was meant to be two. It's impossible to find out how I can just contact the driver but I need this looked into asap how can I get support for this?
