I mean, the choose to hold them out of corporate greed, cuz they get tax incentives when they're empty, but that's a better payout then making affordable housing. Not to mention it would devalue all the other residential places they own by increasing supply in the market.

I can't believe a madman who incited an insurrection is still in office 72 hours after committing said offense. The American Experiment has failed. This is a total failure of government.
I’ve said this before. The constitution is flawed if it allows someone this dangerous to remain in office for this long. And don’t talk to me about it being the Republican senators’ fault. This should not be happening to us.
