I was actually considering changing that line from an intrinsic value of “close to zero” to “undefined” but ended up leaving it. My thinking was that in a classical monetary sense when you boil it down - a unit bitcoin can’t be used for any real life applications, just like dollars. Because I was talking about gold so much that’s what I had in mind for comparison. But I understand what you’re saying, the network enables bitcoin to have value. I think a better way of me phrasing it is to not have said the first sentence and just state “the true value of bitcoin comes from the network” Appreciate the comment anyway.

@BasedTechW Thanks I had seen a lot of comments on these points so I’ve added to corrections as a pinned comment. I always try to make sure everything is correct in an episode, but sometimes mistakes slip through. Will try and make sure things like this don’t happen again.
