Going on long runs has kinda changed my life. It reduces sooo much anxiety & negativity from my head. There are also times in the midst of a run that I actually feel like I get creative breakthroughs for stuff I've be procrastinating on or not able to figure out.

IOU is the perfect song to open the album. A song written about just showing up someone, they didn’t ask you too, you don’t expect anything from them, they show up, do you a favour, give you a lift etc. How something simple can be so meaningful

Went to see Porter Robinson tonight and it was one of the most fun and inspiring gigs I’ve ever been too. Can’t tell if it’s because I’ve not been able to see much shows, but it was just so well thought out, the visuals, his performance. A true visionary for the electronic scene.

One really special moment from Electric Forest was playing ‘Make Your Way’ right at the end. This track is nearly 10 years old and was one of my first ever releases. Maybe I should close out with this one more often!

One thing I wanted with the album was to make it diverse. I love all times of music. I wanna drop a fat banger like 'hypnotise', but also write songs you can fall asleep too, like 'Start Again' and then have everything else in between. Hopefully it all still feels like embrz.
