BLOWN AWAY by how our kids performed on Bench Press today! 59 Athletes with an average increase of 23.8 lbs!!! 10 went up at least 35 lbs. we also had 7 guys bench 300+!!! Consistency & hard work pays off!!!.

I think I'm in the minority here, but I don't open the weight room for our kids over Christmas Break. We train 48 weeks a year. I think 2 weeks off is good for everyone this time of year. Eat food, enjoy family, go on vacation, do fun stuff. Be a kid (adults too)! #WinTheDay.

So proud of my boys tonight! Played a team with 3 DUDES who could take it to the house at any point. Starting Defense played lights out forcing 4 turnovers & giving up 6 pts. Offense was VERY efficient with two 100 yd rushers and 80+% in passing game. Gotta keep working hard!!!.
