Dad brag time. Westen Garber, my son, ran distance camp this week. He’s going into 3rd grade but ran “up” with the middle school kids. He was really looking forward to the mile today. His 6:38 is a wonderful PR and he was so happy! I love how much he loves running ❤️❤️❤️

This was taken immediately after seeing we won State. My dad was the first person I saw. He gave me a bear hug and told me how proud he was. One of the best moments I could have shared with a man who’s been through so much. Happy Father’s Day all!

I love this picture. Our distance squad girls 4x400 was the only ladies relay entered for this event. They opted to “race the boys” and had a blast doing it. Smiles, jokes and having fun. Time didn’t matter. They had fun....I couldn’t ask for more.

This kid has worked his tail off for a full year. Gabe Iwanicki started his XC career off with a 24 minute 3 mile & a near 8 min. mile time trial.
Fast forward to April 10th, 2024 and he breaks 5 and looks fantastic doing it. Gabe is a testament to hard work. Very proud of you!
