A bad day for me is when we lose a game. My fiancé is a mother/baby nurse. Her bad days are when a mother/child look like they may not make it. Or worse. And every time she finishes her shift and goes right back in the next day. She is remarkable, and the strongest person I know

Earlier this week we had our pro guys hitting mid 90’s sweepers off the big hack for a massive challenge. Yesterday, we kept the shape but dialed velo back to 85-86 (MLB Avg around 81-82) and here were the results. Training tough continues to prevail

Infielders: if your goal is to gain arm strength, make sure you ask yourself or your coach how your footwork and glove work is. Fielding in rhythm, with quiet hands, will often lead to the ball coming out with some more zip. Just like hitting, the lower half is key

One of my biggest gripes when I was coaching in college was poor video quality. Coaches get 100’s of emails per day from players, if your video isn’t clear and readable then it’s easy to get lost in the crowd. Video is your “elevator pitch”!

Really hope young pitchers watched Zack Wheeler today. “Bulldog mentality” doesn’t have to be grunting every pitch/yelling after every K, but it definitely means taking the ball a day after your squad used 6 pitchers, and shoving for 9 scoreless. “Compete” is mentality + results
