I believe in training as a team. It’s where brotherhood is built. There is a dark place you have to go to in training that can only be achieved with your brothers you pushing you past your limits. Gold’s Gym with your headphones on just ain’t the same.

@slantyray @CoachDanCasey You have to give something up… if you take fast to flat with a DB, you probably give up deep shot. If with OLB, you’re soft on edge. If with a Mike, slow to stop the run/QB spy. Nothing is ever perfect, but there are answers. Just what are you willing to give up?

@coach_tack On defense, set up 5 trash cans for OLine, get 5 scout team guys (coach is QB setting up formations/motions) and go over fronts, coverages, and motion checks. Doesn’t kill the kids and gets them mentally ready for practice
