If you’re a HS football player & follow me, take my advice. RUN TRACK!. Not to knock them but personal trainers rarely teach you about stride length & frequency, frontside mechanics, and posture while sprinting! But TRACK coaches do!. College football coaches love speed!!!.

Twitter coaches as of late; One coach yells at kids for going to camps for taking pics instead of only going after offers. Next coach goes after kids who indeed earn camp offers but now must “earn it” on Friday nights too. Do yall ever have anything positive for the kids? Sheesh.

And to take my message about football players running track (not just practicing but COMPETING in meets) a step further, track times legitimize 40 yd dash times!. It’s going to be tough to convince a college you run a 4.5 if you can’t run sub 11s 100 meters!.
