T.J. Olsen had a heart transplant a year ago. He told his dad, @gregolsen88, that his one wish was to go to Green Bay and meet @AaronRodgers12. That happened on Sunday, and the smile T.J. had on his face said it all. 🙏❤️ @Packers

Not sure HS coaches actually grasp this idea, such an important aspect of any offense or defense. This applies not to just new coaches but OC’a and DC’s in general. More or “new” plays are never the answer when a unit is struggling.
Advice for (new) Coaches:. Install less than you think you need and rep it more than you think you need to.

Love this concept, love the pre snap looks and they are just that PRE snap. Don’t have time once the ball is snapped to read either of those. On the back side of drive I like giving the Qb a curl flat concept with the X and the back. Now we have an out against any type of 3!.
How do you read Drive?. Not a fan of giving the Q more than 3 POSTSNAP reads. The Speed Out is a PRESNAP Numbers Advantage & the Post is a PRESNAP Coverage Alert. POSTSNAP, we try to leverage the 2 ILB’s reading it: 1) Drive 2) Dig 3) Hide. @ #BigO.✝️✝️✝️
