You wouldnāt hire a chemistry teacher without a science background or an algebra teacher without a strong foundation in math. So why do so many high schools allow sport coaches with no strength and conditioning expertise run their weight rooms? Proper development depends on it.

@StrCoachNetwork I say this because of the fact that we are with athletes so much. There isnāt an āoff seasonā or āin seasonā, everyday is gameday in my opinion Living for the everyday. I also think we give kids the most useful tools for the future, taking care of your physical health
