@CoachShiffman A4: Driving the sled just to drive it, our HC was all about the line driving the sled all day everyday, spent more time fixing posture and leverage. Got way more accomplished when we moved away from it and focused on actual assignments and technique. #hogfbchat.

@CoachShiffman A2: We condition in the weight room. We lift on command so we can keep a pace that keeps the heart rate up and a 3 man rotation allows for rest. Outside days we do a lot of foot speed and mid distance sprints (200’s) #hogfbchat.
