Monday night our 7th graders brought home the gold winning the district track meet. These kids compete no matter what the situation is. Had a lot of kids step out of their comfort zone and excelled. Proud to coach these kids.

The seniors of spring sports got robbed, there’s no way around it. I think the next time Coach tells you that you need to practice/play like it’s your last time on the field/court/track. You might want to rethink it.

8th grade finish 3rd Mon night n the district track meet. The two pics are results from when they were in 7th to this year as 8th graders. They continue to grind everyday when they show up to work and wil only get better. Thanks to all the boy and girl coaches 4 this track season

We all start out with a pvc pipe. Then move to a 18 Lb bar. We perfect form before moving to the big boy bar. Some may not ever see the 45 Lb bar all year and that’s okay. Our kids will be safe before strong.
