Helluva run. Want to put this in perspective @HayfieldBball 4th all time winning 40 in a row. Robert E. Lee High of Staunton won 85 straight (VHSL record) from 2003-06. Indian River, with Alonzo Mourning, 51 in a row from 86-88. Petersburg won 50 from 72-74 (Moses Malone era).

Quick story about Andy. Came from DR & showed up the last day of tryouts. We saw he was athletic but out of shape & couldn’t really understand or speak English. Dominated jv so we moved him up and ended up making our top 7-8 rotation in playoffs. Now able to do interviews🙌🏾👏🏾.

DJ’s recruitment is starting to pick up on the D1 level. Over the past few weeks he has heard from schools out of the Patriot league, MAAC and NEC. Hopefully interest turns into an offer, kid can flat out play and is a fierce competitor.

On some real, besides the initial schedule changes the @VHSL_ live was real solid for year 1. Played 8 min quarters stop clock and used the new 5 team fouls shooting 2 shots rule like a real game! . Year 2 will be bigger & better 🤞🏾.
