@RealMrJuco The Volleyball-Hoop think is a separate issue and I think Hoop burnout is very real. The growth in flag football tho is no mystery, it was barely available before and is now becoming more available. So there's a ton of room for growth statistically just by it being an option.

@D3Direct @Platform_RCT Targeting and accommodating a clientele that fit what we had going for us. I had a director of admissions at one of my schools tell me we should be targeting kids that were looking at school X (a much more well heeled prestigious school) and I knew we were cooked

I worked at 2 d3s that ended up closing. One while I was there. One a few years after. The biggest problem is schools not knowing what they are and who they serve and having plans and goals that don’t align with that. Small schools that understand what they are do a much better job at staying open
