Years ago I lost a lot of weight. I let poor habits get me during covid & regained it all & more.
I needed to get right. Weight loss during football season is not easy.
Today I hit my goal of 40 lbs lost during the season.

😱 So you're telling me that coaches care more about what athletes do at their high school in real games & classes than at some "elite" 7on7 squad/trainer? 🤔Pay attention athletes. What you're told to "get ahead in recruiting" sometimes just lines someones pockets instead.
Calling all HS prospects: when a college coach clicks your Twitter we would love to see your high school on your header! I could care less about what elite 7on7 squad u rep, Or who your trainer is, OR stars or all star games or camp invites Be where your feet are!
