Jimmy and Kate have been together for 23 years, married for 17.5. The three words that describe their relationship are trust, fun, and love. They still love Frostburg and yearn for the simpler times when all their friends lived within walking distance.

I remember when we adapted the bike and then raced around the building testing it out.
Probably one of my favorite Adaptions. Seeing the joy in my students faces while they ride this trike is amazing. Great for students with limited leg movement that may not be able to pedal.

I remember that day. My father who was an US Capitol Police officer, had just left for the day about 40 minutes before the shooting. Scariest hour and 20 minutes not knowing if he was involved, he was friends with both Gibson and Chestnut. They’re gone but never forgotten! 🚓
Yesterday, Members of Congress, our USCP brothers and sisters, family, and friends joined to remember and honor Detective John Gibson and Officer Jacob Chestnut on the 25th anniversary of their passing.
We will forever remember the sacrifice they made on July 24, 1998.💙🌹
