Every day I succumbed to it:
- Sweets
- McDonalds
- Over-eating
Gained lb after lb
I started eating 2 meals at once...
I realized that 5 minutes of pleasure,
isn't worth a life-time of regret
Since then I've lost 60 lbs

Consistency pays off.
I've been stuck at the same weight.

The goal is improving,

I eat eggs everyday.
The average egg, 55 g, contains:
- Fat 5.5 g
- Protein 6.8 g
- Most vitamins

it's low in calories ~80 kcal.

Vitamins ➟ overall health
Low calories ➟ weight-loss

you do it right.
How?
By actually applying what you've read.
Comparing the number of books you've read,
is just the same as comparing 1 RM's,
it'll only boost your ego.
I made a mistake...
Recently I said that:
You need 0.75 g of protein per kilo of body-weight/day.
But IF you train regularly.
You'll need:
1.2-1.7 g of protein per kilo of body-weight/day.
So if you're 70 kg, you need 102 g of protein
Nobody's perfect (me included).
"I don't want to go to the gym!"
Yeah, it's because you hate your:
-routine
-exercises
-time of training
All of the above needs to be personalized to your liking.
No one wants to go to the gym everyday.
But exercising can still be fun, right?
It's never been this hard.
A man shouldn't consume >36 g of sugar.
2 donuts = 27 g of sugar
50 g Twix bar = 24.4 g of sugar
1 Coca Cola can 33 cl = 35 g of sugar
But sugars are in almost every food...
there's no escape.

P.S Me when having to listen to the gym music
Recently I made a dress shirt.
And let's just say it could've been much better.
But I don't care.
I learned from it.
I see every new project as a lesson.
So I started documenting these "mistakes"
This isn't just about sewing.
Are you eating enough protein?
No, I'm serious.
The average adult's daily intake is about:
0.75 g per kilo of body weight
If you weight 70 kg, you'll need:
52.5 grams of protein
That is either:
1) 8 average eggs
2) 146 g of soybeans
3) 375 g of minced meat
Simple.
"Eat less, train more"
Really?
I'd say that the most important part is:
◈ Training regularly
◈ Enjoying your food
◈ Sustaining a healthy deficit
It's true you have to "eat less".
But I lost 60 lbs whilst still enjoying my food.
I don't miss sugar.
I never even enjoyed it in the first place.
But every Friday I wanted:
- sodas
- candy
- pastries
Why?
I was addicted
And?
Once I stopped, I felt much better.
Sugar is slowly killing you.
I lost weight because of one reason.
My mindset.
Yesterday my dad said this:
"Our lives are meant to be lived- not survived"
Sure he's right.
But he said it on the topic of drinking. 💀
It's just an excuse.
I never saw avoiding sugars as missing out.
Neither should you.
I'm a f*cking addict.
I can't go seconds without it,
I NEED it!
Without it I'm no-one.
It's the only joy I have in life.

Imma continue to work hard.

And I'm proud to be one.
I'm addicted to fruit.
I eat at least 1 fruit per day.
And the reason's simple.
They provide necessary nutrients,
and of course they taste amazing.
The best part?
Most fruits are low in calories.

It's just a matter of time now.

I'm glad I quit.
But you need sugar!

I used to hate spinach
Who didn't?
It's;

But I was wrong...
Spinach wasn't the problem
I wasn't used to it.
Once I started eating more:

I realized that eating healthy's a habit
One that you can learn.
I'm used to waste time,
The amount of work that I can do in 2 hours is crazy.

and the immediately start working
I'll be done within 2 hours.

I used blame everything on the fact that I don't have time
What a liar I was, right?

Is what weak minded people tell themselves,
rest is earned through hard work.

If you can't come to terms with having to work,

so, use the weekend wisely

- avoid all work
- spend Saturday with a hangover

and in 20 years

Well you'll never get there with that old mindset.

I once hated exercise.
Why?
Because I thought of it like I chore,
instead of thinking:
- I have to go to the gym
I started thinking...
- I get to go to the gym
Never think of exercise like a to do
think of it as a privilege.

Well yea, no sh*t
when you:
-have a dirty room
-always sit on your phone
-never write you daily goals
Because those are all brokie activities
Obviously your a** is gonna stay broke and fat
if you never change your environment.
Especially if
Working out takes at least 2 hours.
That's what I used to think.
But it's not even remotely true.
The important part is that you're moving.
It can even be a part of your routine:
Driving ➟ Cycling
Sitting ➟ Standing
Netflix ➟ Promenades
Train smarter not harder.

Nah, I'm serious.

if not, then don't spend your time idolizing celebs. Or anyone for that matter.
Sure some ppl are good for society.
But if they are just some random singer.

They don't benefit your life
and they don't care
Are carbs bad for you?
Kind of.
Carbohydrates should make up 45-65% of your diet.
They're your bodies main energy source.
So what type of carbs are bad for you?
You guessed it: added sugar.
Eating to much can lead to...
❌Fat
❌Lethargy
❌Dental problems
Simple.
Do you need 8 hours of sleep?
Yes
But for me that wasn't possible
I had to wake up at 6 AM
Went to bed at 2 AM
It ruined me:
- no energy
- weight gain
- bad mental health
I never neglected sleep again & now I'm:
- happy
- lost fat
- energized
Prioritize what matters

- proteins
- more water
I knew that overeating only lead to:
- guilt
- regret
- weight-gain
So, I had to learn discipline.

In 2024 and in the west I should say,
every single app
is filled to the brim with half naked ppl,
jumping up and down on your screen.
It's legit getting difficult to use any app:
-X
-YouTube
-Hell even google
My advice?
Delete every app you don't use to
I've had 4 cavities...
They taught me a valuable lesson.
Sweets hurt your:
- Teeth
- Heart rate
- Blood sugar levels
But fruit doesn't,
in fact, they can do the opposite.
Apples can protect your teeth from cavities.
Replace sweets with fruits for good
