Med Ball work: -Trains the Speed-Strength portion of the F/V curve -Great "conc. dom". exercise -Able to train frequently In month 4 of our off-season- once throwing ramps up, we lower our volume from 3 to 2X's/week,no more than 5 reps-we're training power, not aerobic fitness

@ButchBaseball29 It was a heck of a journey, but we made it. Got into Wichita around 7:30pm last night. I-35 wasn’t great in Kansas, but it was good enough. Made a Buc-ees stop in Dallas. Saw a Portillo’s and thought of @CoachDintz41.
